The Toulouse Killer and the Pastoureaux

I posted a theory about the Toulouse killer, connecting him with a massacre of the Jews in that same city in 1320, at the Times of Israel. This may be nothing more than a flight of my imagination, but on the off chance that there's something to it, and it somehow generates a lead on finding the bastard, I consider it worth putting out there.

I think if you take a pin and randomly put it somewhere on the map of Europe (especially W. Europe and E. Europe), there will have been some massacre of Jews there in the Middle Ages. Hence, it's possible to (attempt to) connect any act of antisemitism in almost any town of W. Europe to some historic precedent.
